Adults - Training options

Group Training | up to 12 Adults
Group training at CATZ will get you in shape in a fun and dynamic environment.  Classes are offered for

all fitness levels, from someone who is just starting a regular exercise program to an adult who is a dedicated athlete.  Classes are 60 minutes and CATZ offers flexible scheduling options with multiple classes each day.  All sessions are led by a highly trained CATZ coach.

1-on-1 Training
CATZ also offers personal training for adults who prefer individualized and personal attention.
