CATZ Founder gives advice in Men’s Health on-line
CATZ Founder, Jim Liston, is a regular contributor to magazines and newspapers on the topics of health and performance training. This month, Men’s Health on-line features an article written by Jim with exercises for total body strength and injury prevention.
