Sports: Cross Country and Track
Goals for next year: Improve my times, stay injury free, and learn from other athletes on my team.
Academic Achievement: Honor Roll in high school, CSF Life membership, and perfect attendance for 3 semesters.
Athletic Achievement: SPHS school 2 mile record, sprint medley record, and 4x800 record; Athlete of the Year; 4th place in CIF Finals in the 1 mile
How you got started with CATZ: I wanted to get stronger and stay injury free and I heard a lot of positive things about CATZ.


Getting to know Chloe Fata:

Any pre-game or pre-practice rituals or routines? Superstitions?
I drink more water and make sure I sleep well two nights before a race. I have special socks for races.

Most memorable moment.
Running my last sprint medley relay at Arcadia Invitational. I grabbed the baton, passed the girl, and ran my fastest 800m- 2:16.

What college do you hope to attend?
I was recruited for UCI!

Specific academic goals or career choices in mind?
Straight A's and to find a major that I really love.

Describe a moment or obstacle you have had to overcome. What did you learn from that experience?
My junior year of cross country I strained my quad. I learned the importance of stretching and injury prevention. It also taught me to be patient because hard work pays off.

Who is the most influential person/people in your life?
My family is so supportive and encouraging. Also, I've been lucky to train with an amazing woman and athlete, Clare Look Jaeger. She inspired me to keep running.
